- Gallen Loke Added November 09, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. Drive through and got my order. Park aside and found missing lrg potato gravy. Went inside the counter and ask about it, one staff said they ran out of potato and have to wait 10 mins. Don't mind to wait but they should have told us before I got my order. Lucky I parked aside and check! Back home I found they gave me original chicken instead of hot and spicy. Not coming back here anymore. Terrible management and service. Will drive further 5-10 mins to other KFC franchise next time.
