  I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience at salon express in carousel was horrible. The ladies were lovely, but the girl that cut my hair absolutely destroyed it. When she showed me the finished result in the mirror, I could see that it didn’t really look right, but I thought maybe it was the lighting or something. I then went to do a bit of shopping and kept looking at my hair in the mirrors around the centre, and it just looked terrible. It was lop sided, the layers were so choppy on one side, but the other side wasn’t too bad.
  I wanted to go back and ask them to fix it, but I was scared that they would make it worse. I ended up going to Valentinos, they showed me that it was uneven on each side by an inch, and that layers were missed. If it was a really cheap cut I probably wouldn’t be so upset, but I paid $95 which I could have gone to a higher end hairdresser and paid

  Had my hair colour redone. An Asian girl helped me and was very nice at the beginning while she was convincing me to buy a few product for my hair.
  She did the colour and after washing, the colour was uneven at the front. But she kept insisting that it looked good. Half was well done but the half was quite dark still.
  I suggest that if possible. Can we do the colours again? She was not very happy from the look on her face. Manager came to check in to see what was the problem. The lady kept saying everything is fine but you could see the anger on her face.
  Just readding the colour again was a rough experience. She was pulling my hair so hard and rubbing the colour in with anger! Washing my hair was rough too!! Worst Experience.

  I'm so incredibly upset with the outcome of my hair. Had it done previously at this salon and the outcome was amazing. However this time, the hairdresser, without asking me, put so much ashy toner in my hair resulting in such a horrible and uneven colour.
  
  I came to the salon to get my hair a light blond, and instead have been left with a dark grey colour, with chunks of white, and blue tones throughout. 5 hours wasted and over $400 lost. I am so incredibly embarrased with how the final outcome turned out, and I don't even want to step out of the house.
  
  It is especially frustrating considering how amazing my hair looked the previous time, when it was in the exact same condition and dyed from the exact same colour (my natural hair)

  i got a haircut it was very good i was very happy w result, was everything i asked for and everything i expected. slightly overpriced but it was still a good haircut and i had a good talk with the girl who cut my hair. thankyou x

  I had my haircut yesterday and it was perfect. My new haircut was exactly how I envisage in my mind and I'm so glad I went to this hairdresser. Thank you again!
